Refund policy
The Animatars Studio Pack is a one-time digital purchase ($197 USD at the founding price). If it isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider and usually appear within 5–10 business days. After a refund, access to the Studio Pack is removed.
Terms of service
What you get. A personal, non-transferable licence to use the courses, prompts, character libraries, videos, tutorials and templates in the Studio Pack to create your own content. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files.
Founding list. Joining the founding list is free. It reserves the founding price for you when the Studio Pack opens; it isn't a purchase and doesn't commit you to buy.
Features in development. Some platform features shown on this site (such as Animatars Mail, newsletter and store connectors, the community and the store) are still being built. They'll be released to members as they're ready.
Payments. Orders will be processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, taxes and invoicing. Prices are shown in USD.
AI content. Every Animatars creator is an AI-generated character. You are responsible for following each social platform's rules, including labelling AI-generated content.
No guarantee of results. We share what worked for us. Growth and any income depend on your effort, consistency and many outside factors, and are not guaranteed.
Third-party tools. The Studio Pack recommends third-party AI tools. Their pricing, availability and terms are set by those providers.
Liability. The Studio Pack is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Privacy policy
What we collect. Your email address when you join the founding list or the affiliate list, and your name, email and order details when you buy. Payment details are handled by our payment provider — we never see your card.
How we use it. To tell you when the Studio Pack opens, deliver your purchase, send the emails you signed up for, and answer your messages. We don't sell your data.
Service providers. Kit (email list), Lemon Squeezy (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics, no tracking cookies).
Your choices. Unsubscribe from any email with one click, or email us to access or delete your data.
